Sewing on machine and by hand any repairs or minor adjustments needed. Ensuring all costumes for my venue are cleaned and repaired for each day of HHN 25. Pre-setting the costumes for the actors so that all the pieces of their costumes are ready when they come in for their shift. Helping the actors with their costumes when needed. Keeping a log of all needed repairs and requests that are sent out to be cleaned or to the seamstress. Repairs of props assigned to the costumes at my venue. I contacted and hired the Native American entertainment for the event and made the necessary arrangements for them for load in and dressing for the event. I made sure they had all the updated information as it came in. I ensured that they were on stage and ready to perform when scheduled. I escorted them on the floor during the meet and greet portion of the evening for their wellbeing. I supervised the payout for the event for my performers and made sure they were taken care of while in attendance.

I served on the Board of Directors as the Vice President for this registered 501©3 non-profit organization. I was also the Entertainment Coordinator for the A.I.A. Orlando Powwow which is an annual event at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. For that event I drew up all the contracts for our head staff. I made all the contacts and connections with those we were interested in contracting for the event. I oversaw all aspects of the entertainment before the event and while they were here for the event. I made the hotel arrangements for all head staff, entertainment, and out of town guests for the event. I hired the sound crew, oversaw the set up crew for the event arena, and was the contact for visiting drum groups that set up for the event. I was responsible for making the schedule of events for the duration of the event where the arena and entertainment were concerned. I was responsible for arranging the pay out for all of the head staff and entertainment related personnel and seeing that they received their correct payment. I was responsible for taking care of the needs of the head staff and entertainment by providing food, drinks, and any other need that came up. I also planed and implemented other community outreach projects and events for the organization including speaking engagements, performances, and cultural programs outside of the organization for the Tampa Bay Rays and at local schools.

Dressing actors/characters for shows, minor repairs of costumes, general up-keep of character costumes such as brushing, washing, sewing up holes caused by wear, sanitizing heads, shoes, and bodies of character costumes. Pre-setting the costumes for the actors so that all the pieces of their costumes were ready when they came in for their shift. Setting costumes for stage shows, delivering them, washing them, keeping up with the repair logs, dry cleaning, paperwork, and various other paperwork depending on the venue I am assigned to that day. I am also a costume dresser for both the Fear Factor Live show and A Day in the Park With Barney. Dresser duties are dressing characters correctly and on time for show, handling any incidents with the costumes in a fast paced environment, repair and upkeep of costumes, maintaining certain cleanliness standards for the costumes, laundry, working on my own or with a co-worker.
