I was responsible for recording clean audio to the Sound Devices 833 using two livelier, and boom mic. Further responsibilities included maintaining time sync to the Sony FS7 and trouble shooting in the field.

As DIT I was responsible for downloading, reviewing, logging, and backing up the Red 6k footage using Shot Put Pro and RedCine-X Pro software. This shoot required me to work in remote Alaska settings under extremely cold conditions. We had to make sure to provide adequate power and heating to constantly download extremely large, expensive, and delicate files.

Camping, hiking, zip lining, and repelling to the work site on a daily basis; operated specialty cameras including Sony A7S and GoPro Hero 4; wrote daily story notes for the Field Producers and emailed them to offsite Executive Producers; acted as Assistant Camera to camera operators; logged and safely supplied media on a daily basis to the D.I.T. whom resided out of camp over thirty miles away in town.
