My current duties include managing the full time PAs and day players, keeping track of all paperwork, and making sure everything is signed and properly filed in Scenecronize. I also oversee office and set duties which include ordering lunch for the office, maintaining kitchens, shopping, greeting talent, distributing paperwork, and anything else that is needed.
