Was responsible for stringing out entire episodes and working directly with editors to produce character driven docu-series. Met tight deadlines for digital network. Helped produce interview questions and wrote potential bites. Took script notes during interview sessions.

Assisted Story Producing team to create meaningful and thought provoking content. Used Avid Media Composer to pull selects from raw footage and construct acts and their respective beats. Used script-synch to locate quality bites. Worked closely with each story producer to determine the inherent story within the footage. Helped to compose stories that tracked characters throughout series, bolstering their overall character descriptions. Transcribed episode cuts sent to networks.

Supported two executives in their day-to-day duties, including coordinating meetings and managing calendars. Acted as liaison between both E.P. & S.V.P. and internal development department to relay information and ensure productive workflow. Secured travel arrangements and filed the resulting expense reports. Was the point of contact between development department and major networks to help determine network needs and facilitate communication.

Assisted the unscripted development team in various areas of production. Worked closely with production management across a number of shows, providing support through administrative duties, financial tasks, deliveries, lunch pick-ups, and phone coverage. Was also exposed to a variety of departments while assuming the role of executive assistant to department heads.

Duties included entering videotape submissions into the archival database, library inventory, checking in/checking out material to other Viacom departments, and aiding in special projects.

Primarily focused on production management. Conducted research pertaining to various development projects, and refined skills in production management such as constructing a budget, production preparation, scheduling, and logistical problem solving. Other administrative duties included office runs, filing/organizing, and phone coverage.
