Started the season as the 2nd 2nd assistant. Throughout show was trained on how to handle cancel/reissues, journal entries, and to a lesser extent cashet and download journals from the studio. Took on the role of 2nd accountant and processed box rentals, all of the AP (Very heavy volume).

Created all filing, handled Optimis, reached out to vendors for account setup and reconciling statements, communicated with departments, created excel sheets, entered PO's in PSL, matched invoices with POs.

As an associate producer I was responsible for creating the call sheet and making sure cast and crew were up to date on the shooting schedule. I was responsible for making sure crafty was fully stocked and I went and allocated props, wardrobe, and any other materials the shoot required. We shot in 100 degree weather and I was on top of making sure cast and crew were hydrated, had sun protection, and that they weren't at risk for heat stroke. Generally I was in a role that required juggling a lot of different kind of tasks because it was low budget and short staffed.

Was responsible for setting up filing system for payroll and AP. Sent in files to Optimus (online filing database.) Kept track of PO's checked out to various departments. Dispersed invoices and department approvals. Put together SAG packets for various episodes. Organized Vendors W-9s, PO copies, Open POs, invoices, and open accounts paperwork. Used V5. Took on responsibilities for 2nd accountant position near end of show. Coded invoices, tracked down outstanding invoices and PO's with vendors and departments.

Filed all documents and made sure everything was up to date and organized correctly. Processed background talent's time cards (vouchers) through external payroll company, Worked on showbiz occasionally by helping imputing daily time cards into the system, processed payroll invoices for both Crew and background, and helped close out show.

I worked exclusively with the head of Set Design. I facilitated the production van and made numerous runs to pick up various set materials. On shoot date I worked with the team setting up location per my lead's instructions. Decorated each room so it would matched the artist and director's visions.

Was responsible for all development projects and also for The Case of Jon Benet Ramsey which aired on CBS and Triple Play which airs on the Playboy TV. I also helped with many other shows in various ways. Tasks included entering in start paperwork into payroll system, processing payroll in timely manner, processing invoices and purchase orders, reconciling petty cash and production cards, processing tax paperwork for various vendors, worked with line producers on a daily basis to make sure that production could operate efficiently.
