Responsible for monitoring and managing day to day media ingest and deletion. Archiving completed network news projects and restoring archived material when needed.

Oversaw entire ingest process of all media formats (HDCAM, DVCPro HD, XDCAM HD Discs, SxS Cards, CF and SD Cards). Grouped and synced all interviews. Organized and edited rough cuts for lead editor. Exported and uploaded screeners for senior producer approval daily. Delivered the final one hour master for air.

Responsible for managing Dateline's 22 terabyte server. Duties include cataloging stock footage, organizing music and sound effects, deleting old projects and video sequences, and ensuring ample space is available for new projects. The equipment used is Avid Interplay Access, Avid Media Composer, and Avid Interplay Assist.

Ingest, label and organize all media into the Avid Isis server via Media Composer. Create rough cuts of each act for the one or two hour show and upload for approval. Edit all web elements and videos for Dateline NBC's website.

Led a team of assistant editors with ingesting all material into the Avid Unity. Organize media and create rough-cuts of all new footage for lead editors in Media Composer. Export out screeners for producer approval at the end of each day and EDL's for audio sweetening.
