Managed high volume of appearance release paper work numbering in the thousands, coordinated location agreements was the point person between legal, post production and production in the field. Managed local release PA's and coordinated their work in a high stress environment including beaches and night clubs working with up to 6 cameras at a time. Relaying complicated legal paperwork in multiple languages including French and Spanish.

Worked as a Post Production PA organizing and keeping track of editors, equipment, helping to offload footage, worked with string outs, assisted in creating the post calendar and generally helping the post production workflow.

Managing the intake of releases from the field, coordinating with in the field production to create a uniform system of inputing information and clearance. Managing the expectations of Legal, Integrated Marketing, and Standards and Practices with the expectations of post production. Creating a clear system to manage the clearance and blurring for both the Assistant Editors and Lead Editor.
