As a casting assistant it's my job to find candidates for a show. I look for fresh and interesting characters and tailor my search based on the Network's guidelines.

During this Elite of Lexus event produced by Bounce AEG, my responsibilities included helping set up and organize the production office, printing and handing out schedules and rundowns, driving crew to and from the events, and assisting all the producers in day-to-day tasks.

As the Associate Producer on the events committee I helped organize and facilitate many events and parties. I also helped cast actors for a "popular movie characters" event.

As the assistant to the producer I helped keep this small documentary company organized. I kept track of film festival submission deadlines and applications, DVD shipments, and helped the director with research projects.

During the filming of "Dear Eleanor", I was the assistant to both producers Hillary Sherman and Caleb Applegate. My responsibilities included helping keep them organized and on schedule. I also assisted the actors when needed - (Luke Wilson, Isabelle Furhman, Liana Liberatto, Josh Lucas, and Jessica Alba).

As the PA, I helped set up for DVD extras. Most of my duties included research and organizational tasks at the office.

I created the schedule for 30+ volunteers over the four day period. I organized these volunteers into groups based on their talent (videographer, photographer, editor, writer and news castor.) It was my responsibility to facilitate the team locations for the day and which filmmakers/directors they would interview on camera.

As a camera assistant I helped set up and shoot interviews of entrepreneurs from around the world.
