As the Story Production Assistant, it was my job to listen and watch the feeds from the shoot and transcribe it digitally, marking important story beats, time code, vital camera and audio notes, and the producer's comments. This information is vital to the story producers and editors.

As a one man studio, I worked up the creative for a promotional video for OSU's new ad campaign "Live Orange Friday." I shot, edited, and produced the video, releasing it on Youtube and OState.TV (OSU's network). It is still the most-viewed video in the history of the network.

Supported the Production Supervisor and Coordinators in the PO by actively identifying and solving issues before they became problems, relaying critical information to departments on set, and building and wrapping the PO.

Captured detailed story notes, assisted the field producer during interviews and OTFs, generated story ideas, and built daily story outlines focusing on story beats. Recommended by executive producer Sam Korkis. "Never have I had [a local hire] that was so great."

Coordinated all work activities (construction, deliveries, security) and worked as the set liaison between all departments at main shoot location.

Shot, produced, and edited an hour and a half documentary on the making of OSU's Euphoria Fashion Show. Also coordinated and produced the video production of the fashion show itself for an audience of 300+ and thousands more on Youtube and DVD.

Responsible for shooting and editing Big 12 college sporting events at OSU, editing highlight packages with Final Cut Pro HD, Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and producing content for the web and social media outlets.

My first "official" job in the film/tv/entertainment industry was as an electric intern, learning the ropes from some of the best in Oklahoma. I also appeared as an extra in the film.

Produced a weekly live sports show, writing topics and segments for the on-air talent.

Directed photography for a 20-minute educational video about the dangers of driving drunk; distributed throughout Indiana to high schools.
