Worked with production team to assist in the office as well as wrangling all background talent for the duration of the shoot.

Worked with another PA to take care of all first team needs as well as taking charge of wrangling and working with all background extras used throughout the show.

On hand to assist with art department and working with corporate reps on set. Worked openly and flexibly to find ways to assist crew and be available for any additional production needs.

Worked with prop master to create and complete high volume of various props in a very narrow window of time, responsible for prepping and organizing to have delivered to set.

Responsible for all set design, prop acquisition, set dressing, setup, tear down and organization of all props and items involved with each location. Worked closely with producer to assist with acquiring permits and all other needed producing duties.

Worked directly with producer, took notes at all meeting and organized paperwork as needed. Ran errands and helped organized sets and schedule along with remaining flexible to handle any tasks handed to me.

Was in charge of craft services and cooking for a crew of over 20 while we worked on a remote location. Between meal prep I assisted with any additional needs on set.
