As the Technical Producer, I was in charge of acquiring and maintaining the production equipment for a live entertainment broadcast company. My role included designing and fulfilling the tech plans for every production Fortress was involved in from a basic 3 camera studio set up to curated multistage livestreams, including Life Is Beautiful, Outside Lands, Lollapalooza and EDC as well as handling the logistics of getting the equipment to location, including international deliveries. On site I would take the lead on working with venue managers, utilities and camera teams to ensure that the kit was securely placed and efficiently operated. For some shows I would actually develop and produce content and work with Directors and TD's to guide through the creative process of the show. As we were a small production team, my editing skills often came into play to assist with making sizzle reels and other promotional material
