Ensure that the artistic and creative integrity of the project is executed properly according to client needs and Creative Director recommendations. Works closely with the Content Producer and Director of Content Production to implement all assigned projects into the Designory post production pipeline.

Acts as the day-to-day contact with internal Account team once project has gone into post production. Reports any/all client requests, outside of scope of work, to Director of Content Production. Oversees day-to-day post production ensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly.

Ensure the Post staffs of each show receives, and understands, the departmental Post Guide. Gather, create, and revise, as necessary, Post Production schedules, contact lists, and other relevant Post Production documentation for internal dissemination. Customize, distribute, and update, Studios delivery requirements & distribution lists, as necessary.

Supporting 2 Production Executives: Heavy phone volume, scheduling appointments/meetings, keeping show records, binders, calendars, etc. Generate Deal Memos, and start paperwork, for all show Post Production personnel at the direction of the Executive in Post Production. Assist in obtaining bids from Sound, Video, VSFX, and Avid vendors, as necessary.

Organizing and developing a rough cut from footage

Coordinate and manage potential talent and guest audition tapes

Manage and review talent submission tapes, pre-select and interview potential cast members.
