Coordination of all equipment repairs and purchases. Production support for studio and location shoots. Organized schedules, created call sheets and maintained production calendars for production teams.

Coordinator of professional high definition video projects. Responsibilities included managing and updating busy schedule, processing payroll for crew, invoicing clients, tracking projects through delivery. Production responsibilities included camera operation, teleprompter operator, location manager and talent releases.

Produced high definition video projects for live theatrical performances and collegiate lectures. Duties included marketing and sales, scheduling and producing shoots with clients from pre-production through production, editing, DVD creation and delivery. Clients included Stanford University, Starting Arts and South Bay Musical Theatre.

Associate Producer on this independent film ($500,000 budget). I served on many aspects of the film’s journey from pre-production, production, post-production and film festivals. Responsibilities included: locating & securing filming locations, crew & vendor contract negotiations, production management, filing filming permits, coordinating casting sessions, press release and press-kit creation, branding sponsorships and distribution consultation.
