As an executive producer with Pocket FM, my duties on set encompass overseeing the entire production process at a high level. We created the "REKINDLED HEARTS" series. I work closely with the producer and director to ensure that the project stays on track creatively and logistically. As the production manager for a Hulu comedy film, "SANTA GAMES" my role is to oversee the logistical aspects of the production process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from pre-production to post-production. I handle budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet the creative vision while staying within budget and on schedule. I work closely with the producer, director, and various department heads to address any challenges that arise and find solutions to keep the production on track. My goal is to facilitate a seamless and efficient production experience, allowing the creative team to focus on bringing the comedy to life on screen.
