I was the PA in charge of first team. So, I made sure I knew where the multiple actors were at all times, made sure they were taken care of and took them to and from set. I also assisted in any PA duties when I was available.

I was the only PA on a small shoot so I handled every PA duty plus anything else needed. I took care of the coffee run and lunch run. I handled paperwork of the actors who came through. I kept the area clean, assisted grip and electrics whenever necessary.

Bought/set up crafty, set up house with mats, ran errands, helped set up lunch.

Picked up hero vehicles, locked up public streets, assisted wherever needed.

Managed all extras used in the production. Reviewed paperwork, took them to and from set, placed extras and set paths. I also acted as a talent production assistant. I kept the actors on track, took them to and from set and checked they had everything they needed at all times.

I was a production assistant and assistant to the director specifically. I made sure the director had everything he needed from his script to a cup of coffee. When available I would assist on set either cleaning a location, setting up a location, making crafty runs and locking up.
