Assist producers with tasks on set. These include driving crew to and from set, equipment set-up, standing in for talent, going on runs, etc.

Spent two weeks assisting the Yahoo! Style team on Fashion Week Live!. Duties included: going on location to fashion shows to take notes and spot talent to interview, research in office, creating games for live show, etc.

Assist Production office staff with daily needs. These include delegating tasks/runs to PAs, filing paperwork (POs, Cheque Requests, start paperwork), and ordering food for talent/crew.

As script PA, I assisted the script department with printing and distributing script to producers, directors, talent, etc. I also helped on set, went on runs, and assisted with audience, VIP and talent load-in.

As an Office PA for the production, I assist the production staff with all of their needs. This includes research, ordering lunch for the office, going on runs, coordinating and ordering office supplies, etc.

Assisted on three episode shoots of the series. Observed on set during shoots. Went on runs for producers for various items (clothing, toilet paper, ingredients) and got lunch for the crew. Drove back and forth to studio in Santa Monica to retrieve equipment and rental truck. Loaded and unloaded truck.

Worked on 6 day shoots for the shows. Kept notes and time code for producers and editors. Worked the teleprompter for host. Helped brainstorm episode recipes. Helped prep ingredients. Cleared dirty dishes from set and washed for another use.

I wrote, directed, starred in and edited a video screened to over 100 studio employees, did entertainment research for producers, assisted on various sets (cooking shows, music shows, lifestyle shows, etc.), and attended weekly meetings with the studio employees.

I had contact with the talent before, during and after the production day. Pre-interviewed main talent on the episode. Was in charge of getting talent release forms filled out. Helped unload and reload equipment into van. Helped keep track of talent on set.

Assisted on two-day shoot for the episode titled "An Unforgettable Night for Teens with Life-Threatening Illnesses." Worked with the talent (15 year old girl) to keep her comfortable on set. Helped unload and reload equipment onto van. In charge of talent releases at the prom.

I reviewed and edited the scripts for continuity and grammar/spelling errors; followed script on set to keep the cast on track (for three episodes).

I created content for their channels, made stop motion promos for their new shows, read scripts, and filmed events around the town to air on the channels.

I researched character backgrounds, copied and ran important documents to and from the control room, and I observed both on set and in the control room.

I conducted a lot of research for show segments, helped identify talent on the red carpet, ran tapes to and from the production office, and uploaded and label youtube clips of the show.

As a production intern, I was in charge of the extras that we hired to fill the red carpet for our pre-show. I gathered them in the green room, brought them to the carpet, and placed them in various spots around the carpet to make the carpet appear full.

I worked in the studio (blocking, talent stand-in, game tester, etc.), with the audience department (organizing and checking in audience members, answering questions, keeping order, etc.), and in the office (researching for PAs and APs, going on runs for show segments, pitching ideas, etc.).
