Coordinate Travel for Executives as well as cast and crew. Manage Purchase order for the production. Assist Production Manager with day to day task using Greenslate Software.

• Assisting the PM with logistics, scheduling and production needs for field crew. • Helping the PM find and secure locations, props, costumes and any details needed for the successful completion of cast episode. • Helping insure that appearance releases, location paperwork, NDA, insurance paperwork, etc. are completed and delivered to post-production in a timely manner. • Generating and distributing call sheets. • Other Production Coordinator-related tasks as needed, including helping to organize travel, source props, obtain permits, etc. • Requesting and maintaining per diem logs for crews.

Documentary Production

- Support all aspects of recording Downlink Video from ISS and Shuttle - Create Digital video products for clients and support NASA TV Public Relations Office - Archive all video footage including film transfer and maintain backup server - Process onboard video from Astronauts and edit special projects as needed

- Hired and managed production crew / supervised editing process - Coordinate show script, crew meetings, traveling schedules, and reservations - Maintain budget, equipment, and order supplies

- Assisted producers in live segments - Edited web clips, maintain video library, teleprompter - Edit packages for entertainment segment called “Whits Weekend” - Coordinate guest arrivals, design and maintaining the set - Shoot B-roll footage - Research ideas, pull footage from newsroom and internet, archive footage - Created video PSAs.
