I was responsible for responding to any requests made by the production team and assisting with completing lunch orders. Other duties I held included taking details notes for post, getting releases, and taking pictures.

I helped drive the cast and crew in production vehicles. I also helped attain the signatures for media release forms. I completed the necessary errands for the production team.

I helped with casting in Houston, TX by assisting with the registration process. I also was in charge of informing the individuals trying out of the guidelines that were to be followed to audition and collecting paperwork. I was the liason between the producers, contestants, and other crew members.

I assisted the crew with the set up of equipment. I was responsive to the client and crew's needs in order to help the shoot go smoothly. Also, I made sure that all receipts were gathered and presented for accounting purposes.

I was in charge of taking notes for editors, collecting media release forms information, and assisting the crew. I also ran errands and helped make sure outside customers were aware that we were shooting inside the business.
