Auditioned, vetted & cast a 40+ actor dramatic recreation cast. Handled all start paperwork, contracts, fee negotiation, releases & timecards for all actors. Prepared child performer permits for minors. Worked closely with Story Producers, Costume and HMU to ensure all talent fit the period (70s) and were very close matches to the real individuals. Coordinated and handled talent on set, put out fires, solved problems and performed 2nd AD duties as well.
