 Independently organized the annual Emergenza Newcomer Band Festival in Munich, including holding preseason meetings with 140 bands, scheduling the festival’s timetable, booking and briefing 112 bands, corresponding technical requirements between bands and venues, personally hosting the shows, publishing online reviews, and optimizing payroll accounting by creating automated balancing spreadsheets  Developed and established the festival in Austria in 2009, resulting in selling the area as a franchise: opened the festival in the 3 biggest cities in Austria (Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck), which included a market analysis, development of new cooperation with trade partners (e.g. Red Bull), budgeting, booking 89 bands, 14 shows, 6 venues, as well as managing and personally hosting the festival shows  Booked, managed, and hosted, and billed the semi-final rounds of the 2012 season in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane); created and presented financial statements of every show to inform the CEOs of opportunities to decrease expenses and raise profits
