Assisted the producer in overseeing the execution of the show including craft services, working with union crew, management of other PAs, assisting talent escorts and movement of equipment and supplies between offices and the theatre.

Manage day to day operations of 2 New York Offices. Working with Office PAs, Interns, and production staff to ensure the office was running smoothly including general supply stock, building issues, Phone/IT Issues, and staff seating locations.

Managing craft services and general assistance for camera and stage crews at the various stages inside Times Square as well as above Times Square on various rooftops. Also responsible for moving production offices supplies and craft supplies from various locations around the city to our production truck/office.

Coordinated Pickup and drop off of camera equipment, craft services, transportation of staff/crew in 15 passenger van to/from shooting site, and set up and break down of equipment on site.

Assisted travel staff in coordinating cars for travel between hotels, events, and airports for festival talent and presenters.

Responsible for escorting talent, guests, and VIPs to seating on and around the set as well as assisting other production staff in the general execution of the show.

Assisted in the execution of the live show including management of the production office, other PAs and craft services area.

Responsible for moving production supplies and staff between shooting locations as well as general on and off set assistance.
