Responsible for taking story and camera notes on set. Made sure all music used throughout the season was cleared, as well as sent to talent, audio, and post for each shoot day. Was also responsible for working with talent on communicating any wardrobe needs to their dancers, as well as any props or set needs.

Responsible for researching creative ideas, as well as booking locations and acquiring necessary permits for field shoots. In charge of purchasing and tracking props, as well as tracking wardrobe for continuity. Also responsible for collecting and organizing releases, as well as booking travel and transpo for host and various A-list talent.

In charge of booking and coordinating travel throughout season for 16+ crew - including coordinating all production vehicle rentals, hotel reservations, and flight bookings. Responsible for hiring local PAs in various cities, tracking POs, Handling production PC and check requests, as well as any additional field paperwork. Worked with post and production back in LA by digitizing and sending back all paperwork and media from the field. Successfully worked with a tight budget during high-travel season in Alaska with little turn-around time.

In charge of hiring and scheduling PA’s for stage shoots. Oversaw office and production needs throughout the season, including handling PC, tracking PO’s, and managing office supplies. In charge of coordinating all field shoots, including booking crew members, renting gear/vehicles, working with producers, and creating call sheets. Also was in charge of collecting and organizing releases and paperwork throughout the season from all 160+ episodes.

Duties included: handling PC, communicating with vendors and submitting PO's, hiring and managing PA's, booking flights and vehicles, managing the drive on list, communicating with talent, as well as providing other various production support.

In charge of focusing on talent and meeting their needs during production. I was the only talent personnel who traveled with the cast on their outings to night clubs. My job included keeping track of cast, as well as managing security personnel for cast safety during those outings.

Ep. 7: • Worked with producers in creative content on the episode, including researching footage and stills to be used on the program • Worked well with time-management; each episode is shot and edited for air within 48 hours

• Office production coordinator on a non-domestic, international series. • Responsible for contacting vendors and purchasing and renting various items for production. • In charge of various logistics for production, including travel visas, bookings, transportation, tracking expenses, etc. • Worked with producers on brainstorming upcoming episodes, including pitching ideas and location scouting.

Ep. 1, 2, 3, &7 • Worked on a staged/studio set with a live audience of 100+ people • Responsible for setting up talent and HOD rooms, as well as assisting the production manager and line producer with crew and production paperwork • Organized the handling of various celebrity guest talent, including Ice Cube and George Lopez

• Worked with the post production team during the early stages of production • Coordinated the transportation and delivery of tapes from set to post production • Responsible for handling, logging, and organizing tapes into the system
