Assist the production team with a variety of tasks varying on a day to day basis. Transcribe and research for segment teams. Budget, PO, and coordinate over eight full catered meals for crew and production every week. Work with a range of people while constantly being flexible with work hours.

Work with the production coordinator and production manager in various tasks to ensure the production went smoothly. Assist in locking up the set. Drove a mini van and cargo van around Manhattan and Brooklyn for runs and location scouting. In charge of walkie distribution and collection.

Recruited possible applicants throughout the Boston Area to attend the open casting call. Assisted in signing in applicants, wrangling, and helped fill out paper work.

In charge of syncing sound, labeling and organizing clips, dropping clips into timeline to complete scenes using adobe premiere and final cut softwares. Additionally, acquired musicians for soundtrack, and looking up film festivals.
