The Science Channel’s most successful show. This returning series uses chemistry, physics, engineering and biology to explain the internet’s most viral content. I was responsible for the full execution of 10 episodes. I managed a large team of APs and researchers to create ten distinctly themed episodes. I scripted the content for each host and lead shoots in the USA, UAE, UK and Australia. I directed the green screen studio shoots and the international location films.

Scripting the show, ordering content and stories, selecting music and developing the graphics. I saw the episode through the online, comm record and final mix.

Major series covering the ‘behind the scenes’ of the worlds busiest railway in Mumbai. During filming I worked with presenters Dan Snow, Anita Rani, John Sergeant and Robert Llewellyn. The series required me to set up five shoots to India and to produce 24 different VTs as well as produce the outdoor broadcast for the ‘as live’ links. I was responsible for gaining access, casting contributors and scripting content. I worked closely with fixers, as well as managed budgets and schedules. Edited VTs including voice over lead pieces, day-in-the-life films and the history films. I wrote scripts and completed the films up to picture lock ready for the as-live programs to be stitched together.

International series with survival presenter Bear Grylls. I worked with international fixers in South America and Europe. I recced the location sites for the stunts and challenges. I worked closely with local guides, experts and logistic companies to set up the shoots and was responsible for managing location budgets and schedules.

Major new survival series filming with remote indigenous communities. Lead field producer, working on 4 episodes. Responsible for access, permissions, logistics, story development, script blocking, and risk assessments. I worked to take the initial pilot episode in Ecuador on to become a series commission. I completed a 2week recce to Kenya and a 3week solo recce to the Solomon Islands, where I lead the shoot without a fixer. During the series I built relationships with local communities, constructed flexible schedules and managed budgets. In Mongolia we filmed in a challenging -40.
