● Supervise a team of 7 people, consisting of 3 editors, 2 Graphic Artists, and 2 Researchers ● Read through daily scripts and assign Research, GFX, SFX, Edit ● Schedule VO Sessions with writers and control room ● Schedule Director and Writers to Review GFX and Edit on Comedies ● Schedule Segment Producers to Review Guest Clips, Art Cards, and Full Frames ● Create Music Cue Sheets ● Assist with research and legal for Footage and Images ● Make sure elements get to Playback on time for rehearsals and taping

● Create Post Production workflow with Line Producer and Assistant Editor ● Schedule, manage, and attend Online and Mix Sessions ● Create and Update Post Schedule for Executive Producer and Show Runner ● Maintain schedules and tasks of Show Runner, editors, assistant editors, and transcribers ● Organize series wrap out and tapeless elements back up ● Draft and distribute final credits to executive producers for approval ● Distribute QuickTimes to Network, Executive Producer, and Show Runner for notes

● Track Actuals & Post Budget ● Maintain schedules & tasks of Show Runner, Editors, Assistant Editors, Post PAs, and Transcribers ● Create and update post schedule daily ● Choose selects for Cold Open and Teases, which are then approved by Show Runner ● Draft and distribute final credits to department heads and Executive Producers for approval ● Attend Color Correct Sessions when available ● Make fixes with Show Runner and watch down episodes alone in online titling sessions ● Export cuts from AVID ● Facilitate story approval process with Network ● Facilitate and manage distribution of final deliverable elements to network ● Organize series wrap out and tapeless elements back up ● Submit Rights Bible
