Have worked on the past three seasons of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' - 2016-2018, some responsibilities have included: • Coordinated needs of Executive Producers and various department heads. • Responsible for the clearance licenses of all media and art, liaising with the legal team - for main stage show and also all B-Roll and content created/used in Post. • Created travel & cost grids, call sheets and shoot schedules. • Collected audio material, compiled music playlist and coordinated prop/set requests from talent to art departments. • Responsible for distributing rehearsal notes and materials to Executive Producers & department heads.

• Created & posted briefs on Breakdown Express and LA Casting. • Managed the distribution of performance contracts to booked talent. • Created cast overview/descriptions from scripts and provided regular updates to team. • Reviewed talent submissions and supported the team in selection of talent to bring in. • Coordinated talent information with producers and wardrobe.
