End to End Media Production work, ENG and Studio Shoots.

Planning to Execution of the film.

I have been involved as a core team player in the initial set up of the Rajya Sabha Television channel. With the responsibilities of formatting and conceptualization of new features such as lighting/shooting design and my feedback to the team to enhance the quality output from the studio as well as from the ENG/EFP. While working closely with the assignment desk, reporters and production to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of ENG/ EFP assignments. I was also responsible for maintaining industry standards and norms for the camera/lighting aspects of quality assurance out in the field and in the studios and the ENG/ EFP equipment for the camera work closely with technical stores and the technical department to ensure smooth distribution, maintenance and optimized utilization of all camera and related equipment that also involved in training personnel on the HD tapeless technology from Sony.
