Assistant Accounting Department in processing PO's, Invoices, Petty Cash, P Cards, Filing, Payroll, while using Classic Vista.

Plan Breakfast and Lunch Meal/ Menus for Crew, Order, Deliver, Setup, and Breakdown daily.

Attend rundown meetings. Reconcile all expenses weekly. Submit & log any PO’s from the week. Distribute Script packets & paperwork for Director meetings, Camera meetings, and Control Room. Set up Director's meetings. Fill out and submit the production report for the day to the Production Manager. Keep track of and announce all segment start & end times during taping. Place food orders for any catered meals for crew. Work with Scripts Dept to print, copy, sort, make packets, label, and distribute the night prior to each show day. Prep Crafty items for upcoming shoot days. Maintain Talent Kitchen Area & Crafty Areas. Set-up craft services table. Receive crafty deliveries. Assist with Culinary food deliveries. Clean and refresh greenrooms, making sure all rooms are in order and stocked with supplies. Compose Guest Info Sheets for the week, determining amount of greenrooms needed and room assignments per day. Greet guests and escort them to their rooms. Make sure all on & off-camera guests are accounted for. Work with Travel Dept to confirm Celebrity guest arrivals. Collect releases from each Producing Team for everyone that appeared on the show. Log, file, and copies and originals of guest releases and give to Legal Dept. Assist with Music Clearing spreadsheets & cue sheets.

Coordinate and execute travel for guests to and from set. Clean and replenish Talent dressing rooms. Keep producers abreast on Talent arrivals and departures.
