- Spearhead production flow from concept to delivery: present budget, map out schedule and logistics, outreach artists for collaborations. - Recruit and build team from local freelancer network, put together call sheets, act as casting director and location scout, obtaining permits/insurance/paperwork as needed, process vendor invoices, handling all equipments and props - Line produce and coordinate with every talents and crew members on set - Edit content and other agency or internal research videos - Communicate between client and agency team to stay up to date on production approach and directions - Archive all work and footages onto drive and maintain database organization
