Involved in all aspects of production finances, including managing vendor and employee paperwork, reconciling AMEX statement for each month of production, and collection estimates and actuals for the final show cost. Booked vendors for shoot, which was in a different location for each weekly episode and had to be locked in within a small window of time.

Filled out and logged purchase orders, reconciled petty cash and P-card statements, and assisted with all other aspects of production finances. Purchased (or rented) expendables, office supplies, and other production needs. For this, it was necessary to be in close contact with vendors, to ensure that these supplies were procured in a timely manner. Managed walkie-talkies for entire production - kept track of sign-outs using Excel spreadsheet.

Helped keep production budget balanced by ensuring that all credit card receipts were reconciled in a timely manner. Organized craft services / production items list and saw through the procurement of these items. Assisted Line Producer with daily tasks, such as putting together call sheet, managing start paperwork/time sheets, and compiling cost estimates.

Assisted with coordination of the film team to ensure that the day was moving according to schedule. This was essential, as we often shot two or more scenes in locations ranging from the Upper East Side to Soho. I was also responsible for ensuring that talent, as well as the crew, had everything needed on set, including film, lighting, and sound equipment, as well as expendables and props.

Responsible for keeping production office as well as film, sound, and light gear organized. Since film set was three floors above office, I was also entrusted with running necessary gear, or basically anything, up to set.

- Facilitated setup and transportation of film gear such as camera, lighting, sound, and walkie-talkies - Provided lock-up of set when necessary, ensuring that passersby did not unwittingly amble into camera frame - Responsible for obtaining signature and personal information on release form from those who were selected to appear in the scene, and organizing said info

- Production Assistant for Rumble in the Bronx, a prestigious basketball tournament held at Baruch College in Manhattan. - Managed live feed on FloSports website: Designed scoreboard graphic, kept track of score and time for live feed, and recorded game for on-demand viewing. - Set up and removed camera, lighting, and sound equipment.

- Organized camera and lighting equipment rental as well as set up and removed film equipment when necessary. - Scouted locations and camera angles for optimal interview and b-roll footage.

-Responsible for assisting Producers and Directors with daily tasks, including setup and removal of equipment, making runs, and organization of film set - Collaborated daily with prop stylist to arrange kitchen props and utensils, as well as remove and organize props after use - Ensured organization and cleanliness of set in between takes

In-studio responsibilities included assisting with optimization of camera location, as well as properly setting up and removing film equipment. Also transported crew members from Sirius XM studio to off-site filming location on the streets of NYC.

- Intern at Howard Stern TV, a branch of InDemand Networks, a film and TV production and distribution company. - Responsible for digitization of archived tapes, organization of show tapes, and assisting with control room setup and cleanup. - Production assistant on “JD for Mayor” ­ a short film produced by the Howard Stern TV crew. Responsibilities included assisting with optimization of camera location, as well as properly setting up and removing film equipment. - Gained on­site exposure to premium TV production, and film recording / editing.
