Day lead for a follow docu-style fishing show. I managed a team of up to 8 night AEs' tasks & priorities, while also juggling 8 story producers and up to 6 editors. Show shoots mostly go pro, RED, and sony. Tapeless, Avid 6.5 workflow. 5 boats shooting concurrently, 3-9 cameras each, plus land crews when docking and docked. Additionally, I cut teases, sizzles, and promo material for various shows for the EP.
