Call broadcasts, supervise equipment placement, and manage crews of up to 30 members to direct notable shows including PubG, DreamHack Atlanta 2017, DreamHack Denver 2017, Halo World Championships, CSGO Pro League, Sony Open Series, X Games 2019 - Apex Legends, and 2018 R6USN. • Worked in a live production control room environment to direct the 2019 X Games - Apex Legends alongside the X Games stage on the field of the Vikings Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. • Implemented a workflow and showcased performance which helped land a contract with Sony in 2020.

Called the broadcast in collaboration with the switcher, supervised the placement of cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, props, and graphics, and worked closely with the producer to enhance, refine, and realize the finished program. • Managed a team of 15+ crew members as the senior technical director for the TV shows Attack of The Show, Xplay, Arena, Freshink, VibeCheck, Name Your Price, and Hey Donna. • Led daily workflows to manage crews, facilitate technical checks, monitor quality control for all audio elements, and ensured that all comm panels, replay, and graphic channels were tech checked with signal flow to the switcher. o Built the workflow for the three main control rooms, collaborated with engineering to create a redundancy workflow, and developed operating procedures for inbound and contract employees. • Stepped up as interim broadcast director upon his absence, and was promoted to director for specific shows.

Promoted to direct NGE’s largest events, Glitchcon, TwitchCon, Twitch Rivals, and Rocket League - Championship Series. • Directed and redesigned the in-studio 2020 Glitchcon in compliance with COVID restrictions, built five separate shows on one switcher, and directed the eight-hour broadcast, switching between the show types. • Introduced a new broadcast workflow to address internal broadcasting problems, and successfully directed Twitchcon 2019 and Twitch Rivals: Streamer Bowl Pre-Show, which led Twitch to extend their contract with NGE.

Technical director on the All Access Show. Worked alongside the director on many technical facets of the show. I was responsible for implementing video effects and interstitials on the Grass Valley Kayenne.

Managed a small crew to direct the show, Chatter, trained and mentored junior team members in operational areas, and generated related training documentation as needed in order to speed up flow of events. • Trained replacement crew and created a redundancy workflow for audio and video to speed up workflow during production of live shows.

Worked the switcher and supervised the placement of cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, props, and graphics while managing a team of 15 crew members to direct shows including Hollywood Today Live and Top 30. • Assembled, trained, and managed a team while developing and implementing a studio customized workflow system based on studio culture, management training requirements, as well as broadcast equipment specifications to effectively plan, direct, and coordinate television broadcast operations within extremely tight schedule requirements. • Partnered with engineering to create a redundancy workflow program to facilitate a seamless transition in the event of equipment failure via simulated failure training exercises to train crews to rapidly diagnose equipment failure. • Produced 200+ episodes under extreme deadlines with minimal equipment; recognized as #1 in the market in 2015.

Lead technical director on BET’s The Post Show serving the African ­American community. Worked alongside the director on many technical facets of the show. I was responsible for implementing all Chyron graphics, EVS servers (digital recording technologies) video effects, Clear Comm systems, and multi-view configurations on the Grass Valley Kerrera. It was not only my duty to assist the director during the show, but it was as equally important to fix any inconsistencies the director may have when he or she is calling the show.

Edited daily VO broll for the Mandarin broadcast, created all OTS graphics for Mandarin and Korean newscasts, and worked closely with the producer to enhance, refine, and realize the finished program. • Managed a team of four crew members within a multi-cultural television broadcast station serving the Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Jewish communities with news, entertainment, and sport programming. • Worked on every newscast and entertainment show for the largest Asian news broadcast company in North America. • Developed a four-phase training process that touched on the four work stations at KSCI in order to improve every facet of the content being produced in the studio while improving communication between departments. o Created a solid foundation for all employees, while reducing labor hours. o Enabled the crew to complete up to eight live productions daily in multiple languages while maintaining quality of each show.
