Spearheaded content strategy for on-air segments, soliciting, pitching, and evaluating concepts, delivering thoughtful script coverage, and serving as writer, greatly increasing ratings and transforming show from local to national daily talk show. Managed team of up to 50, including writers, producers, editors, audience and talent; ensuring all segments were delivered on-time and on-budget. Wrote and pitched unique marketing promotional spots for key sponsors like MasterCard, Dreamworks Animation, and Verizon Wireless, guiding creative direction to organically integrate product placements and sponsorships into show. Expertly allocated budget for maximum impact, setting and tracking priorities and timelines Orchestrated segment and programming scheduling. Established host’s social media channels by setting content strategy, driving 10K+ followers and from the ground up.
