Worked to coordinated up to 6 photoshoots a week while simultaneously being the prop master and wardrobe stylist for said shoots. Responsibilities included obtaining props and costumes to match unit photography for last minute shoots within a specific budget, handling administrative tasks for the photo studio such as purchase orders and international shipping of props or costumes, acting as an on-set wardrobe assistant during shoots (dressing and accessorizing actors then keeping them camera ready), distressing and building props and costumes, creating style moodboards for shoots, assistingwith casting.

Worked on a concept from inception to fruition. Designed, painted, and dressed the multiple sets. Responsibilities also included prop and costume styling and shopping all within a specific budget.

Help with vision boards (find appropriate paint and fabric swatches to be approved by set decorator and Production designer), Research images of various design styles and specific furniture or art pieces, arrange images and swatches in a visually appealing way for meetings with the studio and the network, organize drop box, help with PO's and check requests, keep all paperwork organized, fill out art department time cards, go on runs for various supplies, transport large set pieces from studio to set on occasion, help set dec with hand props, help shop for fabric for custom furniture.

Handled nightly Production Assistant duties on the Live-Action set. Performed various production duties while communicating over headset including, but not limited to, set lock ups, audience/background wrangling, and security. Took and distributed detailed notes in production meetings.

Worked along side the productions Executive Producer in order to assist with all necessary tasks. Duties included taking and distributing detailed production notes in meetings, creating marketing materials such as posters, buttons, and photo backdrops, creating promotional mailing lists and organizing the opening night event. Due to my art department skills I also helped search for and rent props as well as build, paint, and distress the set with specific textures.
