Printed invoices, scanned business forms from vendors to input into database for records, opened credit one accounts with local vendors for various departments on production, inquired with various departments to fill out vendor approval forms for various vendors.

Used Global Vista, managed invoices. Managed PO log, dispersed payroll checks to departments. Contacted vendors for necessary business documents, put together invoices for paid invoices.

Managed Set-Dec asset spreadsheet, located set decoration assets to tag and document, located receipts from various vendors. Shifted to accounting to assist on filing check copies and examine all recent check copies included necessary vendor documents attached.

Oversaw all operations from script revisions to production and post-production working alongside the editor to best execute the production to its fullest potential.

Consulted on temporary music choices for placeholders, edited and restored damaged archival images digitally using Adobe Photoshop. Assisted with the development team by composing and modifying pitch decks of shows for potential clients and sponsors for possible documentary films.
