• Assist Producers with planning shoots, booking contributors in pre-production • Assist Producers in the field with shoot logistics, communicating with contributors, completing hot sheets • Conduct sit-down interview with contributors in the field • Support Producers and Editors with scripting needs in post-production • Communicate with legal team regarding legal reviews of cuts • Fact check cuts and scripts • Handle network deliverables

• Support Post Producers and Editors with finding and releasing archive materials • Communicate with contributors regarding personal archive materials, follow up questions, outstanding releases • Communicate with legal team regarding legal reviews of cuts • Fact check cuts and scripts • Handle network deliverables

• Support Producers with building shot lists • Support Archival Producer with researching and logging materials • Fact check cuts and scripts • Handle network deliverables

• Research, pre-interview, and book interviewees and filming locations • Pull bites for scripts and work closely with Producers to write scripts • Work closely with Archive Producer to source archive materials and stock footage
