I oversaw original editorial, video production and branded content for LittleThings helping it to grow to the Quantcast’s 5th Largest Site on mobile devices and “most engagement per article” according to Newswhip. As one of the initial staff hired, I helped to establish the feel-good and socially positive outlook of the content. As Senior Editor overseeing three then eventually thirteen original content writers. We surpassed monthly CTR, readership, and engagement goals. In my second year at LittleThings I helped create and ran the video production team ("LittleThings Studios") at LittleThings.com eventually developing a team of 6 associate producers, a production assistant, and freelance production coordinators, animators, producers and designers. As Director I oversaw the creation of both editorial and branded videos from ipreproduction through final edits while delivering videos on time and under budget. With the Direct Sales team, I help conceive branded campaigns for potential clients to ensure all campaigns met editorial and client standards. Previous clients include Dole, TD Bank, ebay, Avoderm, Kodak, Thrivent, Eggland's Best Eggs, Dunkin' Donuts, Crisco, and Etsy. Our greatest success to date has been our video created for TD Bank profiling one woman's amazing work to help the homeless of Philadelphia. It was recognized by Knotch as a runner up for Best Video at their 2nd Supernormal Awards and as one of the best pieces of branded content in September 2016 by Pressboard Media.
