Create call-sheets. Help create shot lists and filming schedules. Block background extras. Assist with continuity. Assign production assistants with necessary tasks and responsibilities to further production efficiently and effectively. Keep production on schedule. Make sure that all departments are communicating effectively and are in sync with the daily schedule. Assist first team actors with any help. Maintain a safe and productive set and make sure that all persons know where safe exits are located and first aid. Keep an eye on production and make sure that things are operating safely. Call roll and cut. Give actors cues. Act as the voice for the director. Basically everything.
