Welcomed contestants, and offered assistance, directed contestants and/or teams to their designated locations, stocked/restocked water, refreshments, and snacks for contestants and staff, took note and alerted the staff when there was an issue, ran errands for the casting department like dropping off/picking up documents at various locations, and loaded each team on and off of shuttles when coming to or from another location.
