Injest audio/video (interviews, walk-ins, warm-ups, etc.) from live event site for use in Prefight, Prelims, and Postfight shows, and coordinate with staff editors to properly cut and B-roll content for air.

Coordinate talent and staff call times and travel. Manage scheduling and distribution of production formats, scripts, and statistical data. Wrangling staff and talent to their appropriate places. Handling catering, craft services, and special deliveries.

Production equipment retrieval and returns. Handling talent and crew requests/needs. Simple lighting and camera work. Running cable. Simple audio recording. Communication of game information and statistical data from team PR or sports staff to production.
