I run day-to-day operations for the company, act as a consultant for private events and an agent for variety talent. With a given budget, I design custom entertainment for events and manage all on-site performances. Supervise, junior agents within the company.

I broke down and scheduled script and collaborated with the Director, Tim Kirkman, and producer Kathryn Francis Tucker, on creating and building a $250,000 budget for the film. During principle production, my responsibilities included managing the working budget, handling payroll and PO’s, securing insurance and permits, hiring crew etc.

Film Directed by Nino Aldi. I built and managed both the schedule and the budget for this short. Handled casting calls. Hired crew, scouted and secured locations, secured insurance and permits. Short is currently in post-production.

My responsibilities included but were not limited to; collaborating with Producers and Head of Production to secure shooting dates, putting together pitch presentations for clients, scouting and securing locations, obtaining permits and insurance, hiring and managing crew, managed payroll, PO’s, oversee releases and petty cash of amounts up to $10,000.

Co-Department Head, duties included but were not limited to managing a $5 million department budget, hired and manage union/non-union crew of 60+, signed off payroll, scheduled transportation needs of all talent, handled PO's, collaborated with Executive Producers, Contestant and Travel Department. Handled $20k of petty cash. On call 24/7.
