Assisted Set Decorator with purchasing set needs such as period related furniture, curtains, clothing, etc. needed to create the look for each set. Researched the needs of said set dressings to fit the time period, online buying, kept record of all financial reports and receipts.

Scouting/researching locations, data entry, answering phones, preparing sides for the next day of production, errand running, arranging meetings, catering, addressing to planned and unexpected events in the office and on set.

Prior to filming worked closely with Art Director in purchasing, scheduling, and inventory. Assisted with the overall cosmetic look of the set which consisted of but not limited to painting, sewing, and building of needed content for home transformation.

Transporting crew and equipment from airport to lodging and to the various filming locations. Assisted with equipment. Arranged meals for crew. Handled petty cash and receipts for production expenses.

Accountable for all location, materials, and appearance releases. Assisted producer in continuity of story and detailed notes and threads. Assisted with all casting and crew needs. Managed crew expenditures. Addressed any unexpected details that would arise during filming.
