Gear meant ot be shipped got stuck in holding so had to do emergency shopping for self recording gear (mic, iPhone, ring light, etc) Charge and program phone; self-report to location to meet with guest and set up gear. Remain on standby for any equipment evaluation.; upload all proofs; wipe.ans rest iPhone for returns.

Assure all guests, production staff, and artists complied to the (at the time) CDC & state covid 19 safety rules regarding masks and distancing. Aided during designated arrangements when distancing was reduced, cleaned surfaces through event, kept cleaning stations and sanitizer stocked. Supervised night cleaning team for reset.

Assist in Production Office with coordination transportation of artists, VIP and Runners. Collect and enter receipts through out the day. I'm also reserved assigned to transportation of Headliner Artists: to and from hotel, airport and festival site. As well as all on site movement.

Check in VIP fans, distribute credentials and have them ready for the liaisons who coordinated them for audience positioning.

Transport artists (if off site) to/from hotel or airport. (on site) I transport them through specified routes that allows us to get bands and artists to their stages without exposing them to the crowd. Transporting also includes, media, meet & greet&, catering, plus wherever else their needs require; helping them load/unload band gear & luggage.

I am the first and last smile they see for the day. I meet with bands and artists in our marshalling yard, help load gear into (typically) 18 psgr van, transport them to the festival site and onto the grounds directly to their stages. Because this event takes place in downtown Atlanta at the same time as other multiple events, traffic and crowds can be a hindrance. So, over the years I’ve also become the ‘Oh Shit’ guy for last minutes movements.

I am the first and last smile they see for the day. Transport Artists from airports to festival site. This is a long haul transfer 92-4 hours one way depending on which airport they flew in at), so I take personal steps to be of further use by having drinks and snacks available plus charging stations for all phone types.

Organize production needs for upcoming events, schedule crew, oversee all production departments and acquire needs for those departments; Advance with Talent/Promoters; Rentals, Event permits, Insurance certificates, Schedule all emergency contingencies with local fire and sheriff departments; Travel arrangements; Onsite Stage Manager/Crew Chief; Billing; and Payroll.
