Created comprehensive one sheets for talent and virtual fans outlining video conferencing platform instructions, guidelines, and up to date CDC COVID-19 regulations and compliance. Coordinated and managed all talent and fan wall Zoom calls, while ensuring the highest level of audio and video quality for editing and broadcast. Successfully helped organize two events for 1,500 guests to create and engaging and entertaining experience. Managed a team of six production assistants to ensure the event site was setup and organized in an efficient manner.
