I assisted the producer with contacting extras, going on runs for supplies, and creating the call sheet and casting list. On shoot days, I helped catering get set up, assisted the DP with grip and electric work. I also did inventory for petty cash and organized receipts.

My responsibilities included going on runs for coffee, to replace bricks at Alternative rentals, pick up dolly equipment at Fisher, set up pop-ups, tables, and chairs for lunch, distribute walkies.

I had a day of pre-production where I retrieved camera equipment, covered a floor in layout board for protection of the house we used, on production I assisted the Gaffer and Grip in the G&E department with each lighting set up, retrieving equipment from the 3 ton truck.
