Successfully managed a major creative change one week prior to filming- the show transitioned from individual contestants to a team of contestants. Managed thousands of applicants throughout the audition process. Created and managed all casting grids such as: producer audition schedule, assistant call logs, contestant master grid and contestant filming schedule. Managed contestants and casting team at set to ensure production stayed on schedule throughout the day. Assisted with selecting contestant matchups; distributed contestant grids; generated prize affidavits for every episode; and logged all contestant prizes in shared grid.

Generated casting cards and created one sheets for contestants. • Supported contestant producers by leading rules briefings with contestants. • Collaborated with remote casting team to ensure that casting goals were communicated and met. • Teamed with the COVID coordinator to ensure an accurate count of rapid tests needed for the casting department each day. • Guided potential contestants through on-set, COVID-19 testing including: health questionnaire, temperature check and rapid testing. Enforced social distancing and use of face coverings in order to maintain the safety and compliance of the closed set. • Led COVID-19 safety talks and ensured that COVID-19 protocols were enforced throughout the day within the contestant holding area. • Collaborated with production team members working remotely on: talent grids; contestant randomization; ensuring that practice games for the celebrities players were printed, organized and placed in their game pods; updating the prize grid, as well as distributing and documenting prizes awarded at set.
