Your New Role...This is an entry-level coordinator role. The main role of this job will be to support studio facilities' master schedule document for all sports programming. In addition to the grid, the coordinator will be responsible for daily show memos and in-studio production support.
This role reports to theSports Studio Production Manager.
This role requires acute attention to detail, as well as a thorough communication skills.
This role also requires working weekends and latenights.
Your Role Accountabilities...LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS-- Support show day needs:
- Sourcing anylast minuteprops for skits and bit.
- Managing runner team, overseeing catering deliveryetc
- Taking detailed notes of any problems throughout the show to send to the rest of production operationsteam
COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION-- Manages master schedule for all *** Sports studioproperties
- Communicate any updates and changes to production ops, tech ops, andcrewing
- Distributedaily productionschedulesand crewinformation
PLANNING RESPONSIBILITIES-- Maintaining overall schedule of control room,studioand support space for all sports show
Qualifications & Experiences...Not Required but preferred experience:
- 1 - 2 years of Production Coordinator, PA, and Runner experience
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite
- Great attention to detail and a problem solvingmindset

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, *** Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
