About the Role & Team
*** 's Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the *** +, *** and *** + streaming businesses within *** Entertainment helping to bring *** 's best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.
The Partner Growth team is an impactful team responsible for the strategic assessment and valuation of growth initiatives with potential new and existing partners for *** 's DTC businesses ( *** +, *** , *** + and Bundles). The team partners with various stakeholders in setting the growth strategy and prioritization with partners across these services.
The Partner Growth team takes a holistic approach to partners and this role requires curiosity, eagerness to learn and collaboration cross-functionally with partners such as: Product, Technology, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Regional Business Teams.
What You Will Do
The Partner Growth team is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow TWDC's DTC relationships with device, distribution, and promotional partners such as Roku, Samsung, Verizon, LG, etc. They will use data, insights, and financial modeling to quantitatively evaluate opportunities to gain, engage, and retain subscribers. They will think critically to support financial goals and are a data-focused self-starter interested in driving growth initiatives and translating data into business insights and recommended actions. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Business Development - Partner Growth, the Business Development Manager will have an evolving knowledge of the de *** and OTT landscape, technical and analytical competence (working with KPIs, investigating data trends, etc.), ideally having experience translating financial models and numbers into narratives.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining models for partner opportunities (including potential new partners, new business models, existing partner deal renewals etc.)
- Rigorously analyze partner performance and contribute to regular updates to internal stakeholders using consistent partner tracking. Partner with the data org to understand methodologies, contribute to roadmap planning, and understand all the nuances to our data.
- Be curious - identify data trends and anomalies and turn them into deep-dive analyses to *** ter understand trends across regions, products, and partners.
- Build well-organized presentations, including for presentations to senior leadership, explaining complex situations clearly and simply.
- Use data insights, market trends and internal perspective to drive individual partner success; regularly ideate/update long-term plans for partners.
- Creation of internal executive reporting and external partner QBRs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, or *** /Technology
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience translating financial models and numbers into narratives.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Skilled in balancing multiple requests, maintaining organization, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in common reporting tools
- Knowledge of the de *** and OTT landscape
- Tableau and Looker experience preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree
The hiring range for this position in NY is $104,200.00 to $143,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
