How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Manage and arrange day-to-day calendar management, scheduling, agendas, calls and meetings
- Manage the daily calendar arrangements. Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries and handle expense reports with related areas.
- Perform administrative and area support including preparation, writing/consolidation of weekly/monthly reports, Purchase Orders, T&E control and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage the relationship with AMEX Global Travel.
- Maintain professionalism and exercise discretion when interfacing with direct reports and other areas.
- Plan, organize and implement department events, meetings, and employee meeting activities or special projects.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Required experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint, Keynote and Outlook.
- Advanced level of english.
- Experienced execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
