Looking for Field Production Managers/UPMs for a new reality series. Series is 24/7 house reality. 6-7 weeks of filming total inclusive of pre-shoots and pickups. Shoot location for 24/7 is TBD, but this position will be required in the field for the entire duration of the shoot as well as load in and load out. Pre-production will be fully remote, may require some pre-production travel as needed.

This is NOT the job for a PC looking to move up.

Position is set to start 9/16/24 and run for approximately 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-production and oversee load in and build
- Oversee all on-site production activities, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with staffing and manage and coordinate the field crew, including camera operators, sound technicians, and production assistants.
- Handle the logistics of a 24/7 filming environment, including scheduling, equipment management, and location oversight.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or disruptions that arise during filming.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to and that the filming environment is safe for both cast and crew.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the field team and the production office, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Assist in managing the production budget by ensuring efficient use of resources and controlling field-related expenses.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field production management, particularly in reality TV and 24/7 filming environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse field crew in a high-pressure setting.
- Exceptional organizational and logistical planning abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and be on-call as necessary for a 24/7 production schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with house reality TV shows.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.

Position is set to start 8/19/24 and run for approximately 25 weeks.

- Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills.
- Ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and be on-call as needed for a 24/7 production. Position will be in the field for the duration of filming.

Seeking experienced Production Assistant for reality show filming in various location. Ideal hire is someone who knows the city well and can be proactive on set.

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel on production days.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.

Seeking production crew for a professional interview video series at a studio in New York City. Shooting is expected to take place for 1-3 days from June 25th-June 27th (TBD). The shoots days are expected to go for 10 hours.

Seeking a local production assistant for a one day gig - lots of driving!

Driving our talent out from Nowralk out to the Poconos. Once on set there will be time to rest up, and then later driving another cast member back to NYC. Then wrapping up at home in CT.

Must be an experience driver and comfortable driving cast.

The Production Coordinator (or Event Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

Responsibilities:

- Must be available for one pre-production meeting with management team
- Must be available for set up and breakdown days, possibly before and after event days
- May be required to conduct a site visit prior to event

Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sports video production.
- Must have experience with live video production.
- Must be capable of all day activity, standing / walking for long periods.
- Must have transportation to athletic facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Must feel comfortable giving direction to crew.
- Must be capable of efficient digital communication (text, phone, email).
